This group has been organized as they way in addition to do in the best way all phases of a civil project from initial studies till to design and implementation and to meet its need, it could operate in all fields of civil engineering and constructional including building mass, building types, types of roads, bridges and infrastructures. This group is also able to execute projects in EPC and in certain circumstances to be EPCF. Implementation of the international standards ISO 9001: 2008 by German TUV institute in this group emphasizes on it's activities accordance with international standards, also having one level contractual rank of building and rank of superior building mass of housing and building and achieving the rank of plan and budget organization (PBD) in designing and supervision of residential, commercial, official, industrial and military buildings. And it has provided all the necessary qualifications for consulting, research, design, supervision and implementation of major civil projects. This group in addition to perform several civil projects and thousands of construction units is so far completed, has the ability to carry out residential neighborhoods and urban districts in the way of self ownership and
contractual and partnership.
